Chicken Steak Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 piece of chicken thighs, remove bones
75 grams of mashed potatoes
75 grams of boiled vegetables
Seasonings spread:
Garlic 1 slung, puree
1 whole red onion, puree
Onions 1 / 8 fruit, puree
Black pepper powder 1 / 4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Mushroom sauce:
Brown sauce 200 ml
5 button mushrooms,
blanch, thinly sliced
Garlic 1 slung, chopped
Red onion 2 eggs, chopped
Onions 1 / 4 fruit, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
Salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Seasonings spread: Combine all ingredients and stir well.
2. Marinate chicken with seasoning spread. Let stand for about 30 minutes.
3. Sauce: Heat butter, saute garlic, shallots and onions until fragrant. Add mushrooms, saute until wilted. Pour the brown sauce and add salt, bring to a boil. Remove and set aside.
4. Bake chicken until cooked. Lift. Serve chicken with mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, and vegetable stew.
