Ribs recipe teriyaki sauce
INGREDIENTS:
400 grams beef ribs,
perruas slices, boiled
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt to taste
Fried potato 75 grams
75 grams of boiled vegetables
Teriyaki Sauce:
3 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
Sugar to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon pepper powder
75 ml beef broth 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Mire poix taste
Bone / beef to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Teriyaki sauce: Heat the butter, saute garlic until fragrant. Add Mire poix and bone / meat,
saute until it changes color. Add other ingredients and cook over low heat until boiling. Lift.
2. Combine ribs, 1 / 2 parts teriyaki sauce and butter. Bake until cooked while occasionally reversed. Lift.
3. Serve ribs with Teriyaki Sauce, boiled vegetables and fried potatoes. Serve.
