INGREDIENTS
500 grams oxtail, cut into pieces
Water 1 liter
Lime juice 1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Spices:
Shallots 7 items
5 cloves garlic
12 pieces of red chili, seeded
Cayenne pepper to taste
Tomato 1 pc


1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices until fragrant.
2. Enter the tail and water, boil over medium heat until the spices permeate and water to shrink.
