Vegetable SAUTED BY Masterchef

INGREDIENTS:
Young maize (janten / putren) 250 gram, oblique slices
1 piece of carrot, cut into flower / butterfly
150 grams peas, siangi
Meatballs beef 6 pieces, divided 2 parts
2 tail squid, cut into rings
Water 200 ml
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Seasonings:
Onions 1 / 2 fruit, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Pepper powder 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
Granulated sugar 1 / 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste



Directions:
1. Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Enter the carrot, baby corn, peas, squid, and beef meatballs. Mix well.
3. Add sesame oil, oyster sauce, pepper powder, sugar and salt. Mix well.
4. Pour water and cook until cooked and water is shrinking. Lift. Serve.
