Kucai Chicken Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 / 2 whole chicken, cut to 8
1 bunch chives, cut into 3 cm
1 piece of red cabbage, finely cut lengthwise
350 cc water
1 / 4 onion, sliced crosswise
To taste oil for sauteing
Seasonings:
1 / 2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon fish sauce
Salt, pepper to taste
Method:
- Saute onion until fragrant. Add seasonings. Cook briefly.
- Give the chicken. Cook until it changes color.
- Give other materials. Cook until boiling and cooked.
- Remove from the heat. Ready to serve.
